What is the same for 2021?

  • Enroll via the ADP Mobile Solutions App – your payroll app or online at  https://workforcenow.adp.com.
  • Working spouses may not be eligible for Lithko’s medical plan.
  • Newly added dependents are subject to dependent eligibility verification.
  • Two medical plan options offered — Burgundy and Gray.
  • FREE programs are available under the medical plan to help you manage your health.
  • UMR, Delta, and VSP are the plan administrators for the medical, dental, and vision plans respectively.
  • Healthcare and dependent daycare Flexible Spending Accounts are available.

What is changing for 2021?

  • The Gray Medical Plan Option is now a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Health Advocate makes health care easier with one-on-one, confidential support. Quickly reach HealthAdvocate any time — by phone, email, and secure messaging.
